Hip hop has always been a steady inspiration for apparel designs, immortalizing classic verses through everyday garments. This time, De La Soul gets the honorable treatment with the latest collaborative tank top from Socal’s The Deuce and Bloodbath. Taking from the trio’s song, “Patti Dooke,” the tank reads, “We might blow up, but we won’t go pop,” in the eye-catching blowpop logo design. The tank comes in two colorways, and is available on both the brands’ online shops on August 17th, so be sure to cop the last item of BB’s Summer 2010 line.

DJ AM's Exclusive Nike Dunk High Premium
by Troof on Nov.30, 2009, under Design
August 28th, 2009, one of the most tragic days that many of us will remember for the rest of our lives. A date in which one of the greatest DJ’s has fallen, named DJ AM. DJ AM had passed away at the age of 36, and at such a young age he has achieved many great things. Right after his passing it was announced that Nike had collaborated with DJ AM and had produced a Dunk sneaker collection.
The Nike Dunk High Premium QK “DJ AM” is featured in a red and black colorway, along with the reflective 3M accents. The red upper is created with premium leathers, while the black comes in patent leather. The mesh of the two materials bring out the best featured of the sneaker, along with the color. Also found on the kicks is a black sole and white mid-sole. Finally to remember the greatest DJ, Nike had decided to put a DJ AM logo tag on the tongue.
